Warsaw's Royal Wilanów office building has gained two new tenants. They are the companies LUX MED and Hilti.
The commercialization level of the Royal Wilanów building located in Warsaw has reached one hundred percent. This was due to two new tenants - LUX MED and Hilti. LUX MED is another medical facility, after Medicover clinic and Office Doctor team, which decided to locate in the Wilanów office building. Hilti, on the other hand, whose new headquarters will be over 2,600 sqm, is an international company that offers services, equipment and software for the construction industry.
Located on Klimczak Street, the Royal Wilanów office building offers nearly 37,000 sqm of usable space, most of which, at nearly 26,000 sqm, is Class A+ office space. The building also features retail and service space located on three levels, as well as over 900 parking spaces.
