The leader in digital services in Poland, UPC, will become a new tenant in one of the office towers of the Global Office Park complex. The company will occupy as many as four floors of Building A1 and will have nearly 4,300 sqm of space. UPC will be able to move into the building once the facility is completed in Q2 and Q3 of 2022. Global Office Park is located at Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice. The building is a combination of two office buildings and one residential building, which are united by a five-story podium with space for food and beverage and retail establishments. The complex will deliver a total of 55,200 sqm of space to the market. Tower A1 is a 25-story building with a total area of about 27,500 sqm. In addition, tenants will also have above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities at their disposal, and the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
