Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper has become the Polish headquarters of MicroStrategy. The company moved its office to the building in June. Skyliner, compared to other Warsaw buildings, stands out with its two-story Skybar, which offers an extraordinary view of the capital's skyline. The building also offers tenants an expanded parking lot with spaces for 432 cars. In addition, the skyscraper boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

Globalworth owns an office building in Krakow's Podium Park complex

One of Central and Eastern Europe's largest investors, Globalworth, has just become the owner of an office building that is part of the Podium Park office complex under construction in Krakow. The realization of Skysawa, an investment of Polski Holding Nieruchomości, has taken on a very fast pace. Thanks to a special technology, it takes the contractor four days to build successive floors. During the construction of the Skysawa skyscraper, a special technology of erecting the structure with an advance shaft was used. Thus, the work of cranes was reduced, replaced by a formwork system lifted by special actuators. Thanks to this, the execution of Polski Holding Nieruchomości's investment maintains an express pace from the very beginning. Warsaw's Skysawa skyscraper is a complex of buildings located on Swietokrzyska Street, the tallest of which will be 155 meters high, giving 40 floors for use by future tenants. The project includes the construction of an underground parking lot and the creation of an underground walkway that will connect one of the buildings to a subway station. The completion of the tallest building in Skysawa is scheduled for Q3 2022, while the lower building will be ready early in Q3 this year.

Law firm Wolf Theiss will establish its headquarters in the Central Point office building under construction in Warsaw. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2021, at which time the firm will move into the building. Due to the firm's continued growth, it has decided to lease 1,500 sqm of space in the still under construction Central Point office building in Warsaw. Thus, the firm will occupy 1.5 floors of the skyscraper and an outdoor terrace. Wolf Theiss law firm is also based in the Mokotowska Square office building, where it occupies more than 1,000 sqm of office space. The Central Point building is a skyscraper planned in Warsaw at Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets, with a total area of 19,000 sqm. The building is distinguished by its attractive location and amenities, which will be confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The design of the building was created by the Kazimierski and Ryba Design Office and the Arquitectonica studio.

Poznan's Giant Office building new headquarters of Vorwerk Poland

The company already has a district office in Poznań, and its next headquarters, this time regional, will be the Giant Office. The company, due to continued growth and the need for more space, has leased about 450 sqm of space in the Poznan building. Giant Office is an office building providing more than 18,000 sqm of total space, which includes office, retail and food and beverage space. In addition, it offers tenants a range of amenities, such as surface and underground parking, bike racks and electric vehicle charging stations. Completion of the building took place in 2020, and the building was awarded a BREEAM certificate of Very good.

The design of Warsaw's skyscraper The Bridge has been unveiled

The Bridge skyscraper will be built in Warsaw at the end of 2024. The Ghelamco company has already outlined the design of the office building and preparations for the development are underway. The Bridge is an investment by Ghelamco, and the building is scheduled for completion in late 2024. The skyscraper will provide 47,000 sqm of office space and will rise to a height of 174 meters. The construction plan also includes connecting the new office building with the neighboring Bellona Publishing House building, by creating a lobby between the structures. The project, designed by the Netherlands-based UNStudio studio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt, includes numerous amenities for future tenants. These will include a multi-level underground garage, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as chargers for electric vehicles - cars, bicycles and scooters. Thanks to these solutions, the skyscraper will receive a set of three certifications: BREEAM, WELL and Green Building Standard. The project also involves some changes to the space surrounding The Bridge office building. Plans include a mini-park in place of the current parking lot, renovation of the tenement's gate, which will provide an additional entrance to Europe Square, and greening of the area.
