One of the tallest buildings in Warsaw is now ready for use. The first tenants have already moved into the 195-meter Skyliner skyscraper.
After 36 months of construction, the Skyliner skyscraper, whose investor is Karimpol, has been completed. The building was commissioned with the end of 2020, and tenants moved in already in the first half of this year.
Skyliner was located at 67 Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district. There is 45,000 sqm of office space available to tenants. The building also includes spaces for retail, service and catering activities. The Skyliner, as one of the tallest buildings in the capital, boasts a two-story Skybar, from which the stunning panorama of Warsaw can be seen.
An additional advantage of the Skyliner skyscraper, whose design was created by the APA Wojciechowski studio, is the presence of Poland's tallest office lobby, which is 16 meters high. In addition, the building is equipped with amenities to benefit its users. These include elevators moving at speeds of up to 7m/s, a parking lot arranged on five levels, as well as special places for bicycles and scooters. The high quality of the building's finishes has been confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
