Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper has become the Polish headquarters of MicroStrategy. The company moved its office to the building in June.
Beginning in June, employees of MicroStrategy, an analytics company for businesses, will work in the company's new office in Warsaw's Wola district. The company has about 3,000 sqm of the second floor of the Skyliner skyscraper at its disposal.
Skyliner is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout and is one of the tallest buildings in the capital. The building rises to a height of 165 meters and offers tenants 45,000 sqm of space for offices, retail and service activities and catering. Skyliner, compared to other Warsaw buildings, stands out with its two-story Skybar, which offers an extraordinary view of the capital's skyline. The building also offers tenants an expanded parking lot with spaces for 432 cars. In addition, the skyscraper boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
