Law firm Wolf Theiss will establish its headquarters in the Central Point office building under construction in Warsaw. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2021, at which time the firm will move into the building.
Wolf Theiss is one of the leading law firms operating in 13 countries in the CEE/SEE region. Due to the firm's continued growth, it has decided to lease 1,500 sqm of space in the still under construction Central Point office building in Warsaw. Thus, the firm will occupy 1.5 floors of the skyscraper and an outdoor terrace. Wolf Theiss law firm is also based in the Mokotowska Square office building, where it occupies more than 1,000 sqm of office space.
The Central Point building is a skyscraper planned in Warsaw at Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets, with a total area of 19,000 sqm. The building is distinguished by its attractive location and amenities, which will be confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The design of the building was created by the Kazimierski and Ryba Design Office and the Arquitectonica studio.
