At the end of May, Nexontis Solutions established its first headquarters in Poland in an office building of the Centrum Południe complex in Wroclaw.
Nexontis Solutions, a German IT company, has chosen one of the office buildings in the Centrum Południe complex as its first official headquarters in Poland. The company moved into the building in May 2021, leasing about 650 sqm of office space on the 12th floor of the building.
Wrocław's Centrum Południe complex is a complex of exclusive and multifunctional office buildings located in the Krzyki district. The project, whose investor and contractor is Skanska, ultimately involves the creation of five office buildings, two of which were completed in Q3 2020. The South Center will provide future tenants with a total of about 85,000 sqm. The complex will be the first in the region to be awarded the WELL Core&Shell certification due to meeting the highest standards for creating employee-friendly office space.
