Poland's first building can boast an unusual distinction. Katowice's .KTW I office building is the first in the country to receive the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate.
The WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate is the International WELL Building Institute's response to the global COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting threats to human life and health. Through it, all solutions aimed at the safety and health of employees using the facility are evaluated. The .KTW I building in Katowice, which is part of a larger office complex, has been awarded such a certificate.
The .KTW I building is part of the Katowice office complex, located on Roździeńskiego Street. Together with the .KTW II office building, the building complex will provide the market with more than 62,000 sqm of total space. The tallest building in Katowice, in addition to modern office space, offers its tenants numerous amenities, such as underground parking, a view of the city skyline, as well as many eco-friendly solutions.
