The space of Wroclaw's Carbon Tower office building has been almost fully leased. The building has reached 94 percent commercialization.
Carbon Tower is a 12-story office building offering tenants more than 19,000 sqm of workspace. Following recent lease agreements with Frautex, Mitsubishi Electric and Lebek Law Firm, commercialization of the building has already reached 94 percent, meaning that the building's usable space is almost fully occupied.
Carbon Tower is one of the most distinctive buildings in Wroclaw. It is located on the corner of Robocza and Fabryczna Streets, perfectly fitting into the triangular shape of the plot on which it stands. This modern Class A office building has already been completed in 2019, and so far companies such as Lux Med, Arcadis, Eneris Group, Tenderhut and Idea Getin Leasing, for example, have used the building's office space.
