Ekoenergetyka-Polska company a new tenant of .KTW

Katowice's .KTW I office building has gained a new tenant. The company Ekoenergetyka-Polska has decided to locate its office there.

Ekoenergetyka-Polska is at the forefront of the electromobility industry and continues to grow, resulting in the company establishing a new office in Katowice. The company moved into the .KTW I office building in May this year, taking up about 380 sqm of space.

.KTW I is a building that is part of a complex of two high-rise office and service buildings under construction on Roździeńskiego Street near Katowice's Spodek. The office park, after the .KTW II building is completed in 2022, will deliver a total of about 62,000 sqm of total space to the market. In addition to offices created to a high standard, the complex will also offer its tenants the convenience of underground parking, as well as many environmentally friendly solutions. Due to the height of one of the office towers, which is as high as 133 meters, the building will become one of the most visible and recognizable buildings in Katowice.
