The Varso Tower office building under construction in the capital boasts the title of the tallest building in the European Union. The building has reached 230 meters in height measured to the roof, while the spire located at the very top will reach as high as 310 meters.
The Varso Tower skyscraper belongs to the complex of three Varso Place buildings under construction on Chmielna Street in Warsaw. Foster + Partners studio, whose projects have been realized all over the world, such as HSBC Tower in Hong Kong and 2 World Trade Centre in New York, is responsible for the plan of the office building. In addition to office space, the building also offers space for retail and service establishments, a hotel and an innovation center. In addition, terraces will be located on two floors of the skyscraper, offering an extraordinary panorama of the capital. Tenants will also have underground parking for cars and spaces for bicycles for their use. In addition, due to the application of many environmentally friendly solutions, Varso Tower will be awarded BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level and WELL Core & Shell.
