About Varso Tower office
Varso Tower is a modern complex, offering a total of approx. 140,000 comfortable office and service space for lease. Tenants will have prestigious and flexibly arranged offices at their disposal. As part of the project, three buildings will be built, including a slender, 310-meter-high glass skyscraper (with an 80-meter spire). On the roof of the skyscraper, at an altitude of 230 meters, there will be a public observation deck. Spectacular views of the panorama of Warsaw and the surrounding area will also be available from the restaurant located on the 46th and 47th floor of the building. Two lower buildings – 81-meter and 90-meter high – will be built next to the skyscraper. These will be cascading buildings with green roof terraces. On the ground floors of the lower Varso buildings and around them, there will be an attractive public space, a generally accessible arcade with numerous shops, service points, restaurants and cafes. Below the ground floor there will be a 3-level car park and 750 bicycle spaces. The complex will be built on the border of Wola and Śródmieście districts, next to the Warszawa Centralna railway station and Złote Tarasy shopping center. The location enables efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are numerous bus and tram stops, the Warszawa Ochota railway station, a bit further the Rondo ONZ metro station and the Centrum metro station. A drive to the Chopin Airport in Warsaw takes approx. 20 minutes. The location in the very center of the city allows you to take full advantage of the capital's commercial and service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer.
