The Varso Tower skyscraper will become the headquarters for the CMS law firm, whose office will be the first in Poland to be subject to WELL Building Standard certification. The tenant's new location will occupy about 7,000 sqm of space.
The Varso Tower building has gained a new tenant. The CMS law firm will move into the skyscraper in late 2022/early 2023. The company's new headquarters will occupy about 7,000 sqm of office space spread over five floors of the building. What's more, the CMS law firm space will be the first in Poland to apply for WELL Building Standard certification.
Varso Tower is the tallest building in the European Union, reaching up to 310 meters in height. It was located in Warsaw on Chmielna Street and is part of the Varso Place complex. In addition to modern floor space, it offers tenants many amenities, such as underground parking for cars, infrastructure for cyclists and viewing terraces. The building has also been awarded WELL Core & Shell and BREEAM certification, where it received an Outstanding rating.
