The investment of the tallest building in the European Union is coming to an end. The record-high crane has already disappeared from the capital, and the Varso Tower building is undergoing advanced finishing work.
The Varso Tower investment is coming to an end. The tallest crane in Warsaw, which has been operating on the site until now, has disappeared from the city's skyline. Finishing work is currently underway on several floors of the skyscraper, as well as around the building and on its top. Plants will be planted in front of the building. The final touches are also being put on the building's main lobby.
Varso Tower is a unique skyscraper located in the capital. The building reaches a record height of 310 meters, making it the tallest skyscraper in the European Union. The building has provided the local market with approximately 64,000 sqm of Class A office space spread over 55 floors. There are above- and underground parking spaces available to tenants. The skyscraper also has many other amenities, such as a three-story restaurant and observation decks. The building has also been awarded BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level and WELL Core & Shell pre-certification.
