Warsaw's Varso Tower skyscraper has gained a new tenant - Box from the United States. The new company's headquarters will occupy as much as 10 floors of the building, or about 16,000 sqm of space.
A new foreign tenant will move into a modern skyscraper in Warsaw. Box, a company from the United States, has decided to open its largest development center in Europe right here in Poland, and has chosen the office space of the Varso Tower skyscraper for this purpose. The new tenant will occupy as many as 10 floors of the building, or about 16,000 sqm of office space. The move to the new premises is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
Varso Tower is a skyscraper belonging to the Varso Place complex in Warsaw, which is located on Chmielna Street. The building is famous for its impressive height of 30 meters, making it the tallest building in the European Union. In addition to modern work space, underground parking spaces for cars and infrastructure for cyclists will be available for tenants' use. The building also boasts WELL Core & Shell and BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level.
