Varso Tower overgrown with greenery

The construction of a unique project on the Varso Tower site has begun. On one of the building's viewing terraces 16 trees have appeared, reaching up to 6 meters in height.

Varso Tower is a building that, due to a number of pro-environmental solutions used in it, has become known as one of the greenest buildings in Warsaw and the whole country. Recently, a tree planting project was launched on one of the skyscraper's viewing terraces. For this reason, 16 plants have appeared at the impressive height of 205 meters of the building, which has happened only a few times in Europe so far. The single-needle hawthorns, which from now on will adorn the terrace of the Warsaw building, gain up to 6 meters in height and 2 tons in weight. The species was chosen because of its high resistance to changing weather conditions and polluted air.

Varso Tower belongs to Warsaw's Varso Place complex and is located on Chmielna Street. The skyscraper climbs to an impressive height of as much as 310 meters and is thus the tallest building in the European Union. Tenants can take advantage of many amenities offered by the building, including underground parking spaces for cars, infrastructure for cyclists or viewing terraces, from which one can admire the panorama of Warsaw. An additional advantage of the building is its BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Core & Shell certificates.
