Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm with offices around the world, has decided to open its next headquarters in Europe. This time it has set its sights on Warsaw's modern Varso Tower skyscraper.
Law firm Greenberg Traurig has decided to expand its operations in Europe. Employing some 2,000 people in 40 offices around the world, the company is now establishing its next headquarters. The law firm's new office will be located in Warsaw's Varso Tower. A lease has just been signed for 5,000 sqm of the building's office space for 10 years. Greenberg Traurig will thus occupy the entire three floors of the building in the third quarter of 2022.
Varso Tower is one of the buildings that make up the Varso Place complex, under construction on Chmielna Street in Warsaw. The tower reaches as high as 310 meters and is the tallest building in the European Union. Tenants have underground parking spaces for cars and bicycles at their disposal. An additional asset of the building is an observation terrace, from which one can admire the extraordinary panorama of Warsaw. Varso Tower also boasts BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Core & Shell certifications.
