The building will also feature a number of amenities for its users, such as underground parking, bicycle infrastructure and an electric vehicle charging station, for example. The Dor Plaza building is being constructed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines and has been awarded a Very Good rating. The office building is also characterized by a specific shape resembling the letter Z.

PRC Architects is responsible for the architectural design of the building. The plan called for both the creation of a new office development and the revitalization of historic buildings left over from the former Norblin, Buch Brothers and T. Werner plating plants, and the post-World War II Warsaw Metal Rolling Mill.
