Warsaw's Wola Retro office building has gained a new tenant. The building houses the new headquarters of the Unitop company.
A Polish company Unitop, which has been producing sesame and challah since 1945, will move into the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw. The Lodz-based company has decided to locate its headquarters in the Warsaw building. The lease agreement covers about 400 sqm of office space located on the 11th floor of the top building of the Wola Retro complex.
Wola Retro is a multifunctional complex of buildings offering both office and retail and service space. The complex includes three office buildings with a total area of approximately 24,500 sqm. There is also underground parking and infrastructure for cyclists. The entire development was completed in 2019.
