Lodz's Hi Piotrkowska 155 building complex will become the headquarters for Klinika Bocian, which specializes in gynecology, obstetrics and infertility. To date, its facilities have been located in Warsaw, Katowice, Białystok, Szczecin and Poznań. With the signing of the lease for the Hi Piotrkowska 155 service area, the clinic will also be present in Lodz. The new tenant will occupy about 430 sqm of space, and is expected to start its operations in the first half of 2022. Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a Lodz complex consisting of two office buildings and one hotel. Their total leasable area reaches about 34,000 sqm. In addition to space for offices and a hotel, the complex also offers space for retail or catering establishments. Tenants can also use the available parking spaces for cars in the underground garage hall. Due to the environmentally friendly solutions used in the building, the complex has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.

Warsaw's Generation Park Y office building has been awarded a unique certification. The building has achieved a Platinum rating in LEED Core&Shell. The building, thanks to the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions, has obtained LEED Core&Shell certification at the Platinum level. The building provides both space for retail and service establishments or restaurants, but also office space with a total area of 41,000 sqm. In addition, the complex provides tenants with underground parking spaces on three floors.

The first phase of The Park Krakow office complex almost ready

The first stage of work on The Park Krakow project is getting closer to completion. One of the buildings in the complex is already 80 percent complete.
