PepsiCo a new tenant in the emerging Brain Park office complex in Krakow

An office complex under construction in Krakow will have a new tenant at the end of next year. PepsiCo GBS Poland will move into one of the buildings.

Part of the PepsiCo company, PepsiCo GBS Poland, has decided to open its headquarters in Krakow. For its new office, it has chosen the Brain Park office complex under construction in the city, which is Echo Investment's latest investment.

Brain Park is a Kraków complex of three office buildings, located on Aleja Pokoju. The first stage of the development is currently underway. Ultimately, the entire campus will provide about 43,000 sqm of office space for future tenants. In addition, they will have at their disposal almost 500 parking spaces for cars, infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. The area around the buildings will be filled with greenery and space for relaxation and physical activity.
