Skanska has sold the first phase of the Centrum Południe investment in Wroclaw. Two buildings with a total area of 28,215 sqm ended up in the possession of Stena Real Estate BV. Together, the buildings constitute the first phase of the Centrum Południe investment in Cracow, which went into the hands of Stena Real Estate BV after a recently signed sales agreement. Thus, the new owner was given a total of about 28,000 sqm of office space to be completed in 2020. Centrum Południe is a modern, multifunctional complex of five buildings under construction in Wrocław on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The first phase of the investment provides about 28,000 sqm of office space to the local market, and the whole as much as 85,000 sqm. PKO Bank Polski and Bank Pekao S.A. have decided to grant Echo Investment, a development company, a construction and investment loan of €65.6 million, as well as a PLN 9 million VAT loan. In the concluded credit agreement, PKO Bank Polski acts as the credit agent and Bank Pekao S.A. as the collateral agent. Brain Park is a complex of three office buildings located in Krakow on Aleja Pokoju Street. All of the buildings will ultimately offer about 43,000 sqm of office space to the local market. There will also be a parking lot for tenants' use, which will accommodate nearly 500 cars, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
