Polish energy company in Poznan's Business Garden complex

Poznan's Business Garden office complex has gained a new tenant. A Polish company from the energy industry - Enea S.A. - will move into the building.

A Polish company that operates in the energy industry has decided to move into one of Poznań's office buildings. The recently signed agreement will bring Enea S.A. to the Business Garden complex. The new tenant's office will be located on two floors of one of the buildings in the state-of-the-art facility.

Business Garden Poznań is an expansive office complex that consists of as many as nine office buildings. Their total leasable area is approximately 88,000 sqm. The facility provides its tenants with above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. There are also extensive green areas at the disposal of campus users, where relaxation and activity zones have been created, as well as many service points, such as a kindergarten and a medical facility. The building has been awarded LEED certification.
