Skanska has sold the first phase of the Centrum Południe investment in Wroclaw. Two buildings with a total area of 28,215 sqm ended up in the possession of Stena Real Estate BV.
Two more Polish office buildings have recently been sold by Skanska. Together, the buildings constitute the first phase of the Centrum Południe investment in Cracow, which went into the hands of Stena Real Estate BV after a recently signed sales agreement. Thus, the new owner was given a total of about 28,000 sqm of office space to be completed in 2020.
Centrum Południe is a modern, multifunctional complex of five buildings under construction in Wrocław on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The first phase of the investment provides about 28,000 sqm of office space to the local market, and the whole as much as 85,000 sqm. The facility is equipped with underground parking for cars and charging stations for electric vehicles. There are also many green areas around the buildings for relaxation and recreation.
