One medical center has decided to lease space in Warsaw's Widok Towers office building. The new tenant in the high-rise will be the operator Enel Med, which will occupy about 1,300 sqm of space.
Medical center operator Enel Med, which offers comprehensive services included in the entire treatment cycle, has decided to open its headquarters in Warsaw. It has chosen one of the skyscrapers for its new location. The choice fell on the nearly 100-meter-high Widok Towers building, where the new tenant will occupy about 1,300 sqm of modern space.
The Widok Towers skyscraper is one of the more recognizable buildings in Warsaw. Its appearance resembles a combination of two towers, which influenced the office building's name. It reaches almost 100 meters in height, which translates into 28 floors above ground. The building provides the local market with about 31,500 sqm of total space. The skyscraper has been located in an attractive downtown location in the vicinity of the Złote Tarasy shopping mall and the Palace of Culture and Science. The building has an observation deck and an underground garage hall for cars.
