The last office building in the Geberation Park complex has been sold. Building Y has gone into the hands of HANSAINVEST Real Assets, and the sale agreement was the largest transaction for Skanska in this part of Europe.
The sale of the last of the office buildings included in Warsaw's Generation Park complex has taken place. Until now, the Generation Park Y building belonged to Skanska, but due to the recently signed sale agreement, the building was transferred to HANSAINVEST Real Assets. Thus, the new owner already has two buildings from the Generation Park complex in his possession. The recent transaction amounted to 285 million euros and was the largest sales deal for Skanska in the CEE region.
The Generation complex was located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw. It consists of three buildings that provide a total of about 80,000 sqm of space to the local market. The Generation Park Y office building reaches 140 meters. A green terrace is located on the 127th floor of the building. The building also boasts LEED Core&Shell and WELL Healtf-Safety Rating certifications.
