Alektum, which operates in the field of debt collection, has decided to open a new office in the center of Wroclaw. It has chosen one of the modern office buildings - Bema Plaza - as its headquarters. The new tenant will occupy about 900 sqm of space on the third floor of the office building.
Bema Plaza is a Wrocław office building that reaches seven floors above ground. The building supplies about 23,000 sqm of office space to the local market. In addition to this, the building also has space for retail and residential units. In addition, the office building offers underground parking spaces, a green courtyard and terraces located on the top floor of the building. Bema Plaza has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use certificate, which confirms the use of a number of ecological solutions in the building.
