Warsaw office building The Bridge with first awards

A modern office building, The Bridge, is under construction in Warsaw. The building has already won its first prize in the European Property Awards 2021-2022 competition.

The Bridge is a modern office building under construction on Towarowa and Grzybowska streets in Warsaw. Ghelamco Poland is responsible for the investment, and the building's design was created as a collaboration between the Dutch studio UNStudio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt. Although its construction began only a few months ago, it has already managed to receive a prestigious award in the European Property Awards 2021-2022 competition in the Office Development category. What's more, The Bridge office building is also likely to win the title of best building in the world in the International Property Awards competition.

The Bridge is a modern office building under construction in Warsaw, which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2024. The building will ultimately provide around 47,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The building will reach 174 meters in height. Numerous amenities will be available to tenants, such as, for example, underground parking spaces for cars, extensive bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. There will be plenty of green space around the building, and the building itself will boast WELL, BREEAM and Green Building Standard certifications.
