Generation Park Y is a Warsaw office building that recently boasted a unique distinction. The building, thanks to the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions, has obtained LEED Core&Shell certification at the Platinum level. The office building is equipped with special systems to save water and energy consumption. Recycled materials were also used in its construction.
Generation Park Y is part of a larger complex located in Warsaw. The buildings comprising the Generation Park campus offer a total of about 80,000 sqm of space. The Generation Park Y office building has reached a height of 140 meters, making it the tallest building completed by Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe. The building features a high-ceilinged terrace with greenery on the 127th floor. Tenants also have extensive bicycle infrastructure and underground parking for cars.
