The first phase of The Park Krakow office complex almost ready

The first stage of work on The Park Krakow project is getting closer to completion. One of the buildings in the complex is already 80 percent complete.

One of the eight buildings that will eventually make up The Park Kraków investment is almost ready. 80 percent of the construction work has already been done. The first building is also the first stage of the entire investment. The office building will provide the local market with approximately 12,500 sqm of modern space. The building is scheduled for completion in late 2021 or early 2022.

The Park Krakow is an expanded complex of eight office buildings, with construction taking place in stages. All office buildings included in it will offer about 100,000 sqm of leasable space. The entire facility will have many amenities for its users. These will include, for example, underground parking, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. The top floors of the buildings will be used for spacious terraces.
