Development of one of the office buildings at Airport City Gdansk has been completed

One of the seven office buildings to be constructed as part of the Airport City Gdansk project is now complete. The Alpha office building is part of the first stage of the complex, and Hochtief Polska was the general contractor.

The Alpha office building, which is one of seven buildings to be constructed as part of the Airport City Gdańsk investment, has been completed. The building has successfully passed both the technical acceptance by the Provincial Building Control Inspectorate and obtained positive opinions from the State Sanitary Inspection and the State Fire Service. The contractor for this part of the investment was Hochtief Polska.

Alpha is an office building reaching six floors above ground. It is part of the larger Airport City Gdansk building complex. It provides about 8,500 sqm of total space to the local market. In addition to modern work spaces, the building also offers its tenants about 200 parking spaces for cars and infrastructure for cyclists. In addition, there will also be charging stations for electric vehicles. The Alpha office building was built in accordance with LEED Gold certification.
