The tenant has leased about 182 sqm of space for a showroom selling its products, filling the first floor of the Katowice office building. Miele's outlet in Katowice is the brand's third showroom in Poland and the first in its southern part. The .KTW I building is part of the Katowice office complex together with the second building, .KTW II. The entire facility is located in Katowice on Roździeńskiego Street.
