Katowice with the first showroom of the German company Miele in this part of Poland

A Miele showroom has been established in Katowice's .KTW I office building. The German brand has established its first branch in southern Poland here.

One of the office buildings in Katowice's .KTW complex is slowly filling up. The .KTW I building, which offers multifunctional space, has just gained a new tenant. It is the German company Miele, which manufactures high-quality household appliances. The tenant has leased about 182 sqm of space for a showroom selling its products, filling the first floor of the Katowice office building. Miele's outlet in Katowice is the brand's third showroom in Poland and the first in its southern part.

The .KTW I building is part of the Katowice office complex together with the second building, .KTW II. The entire facility is located in Katowice on Roździeńskiego Street. The complex offers its tenants a total of more than 62,000 sqm of high-end total space. It is also the tallest building in the city. The complex also offers a number of amenities for tenants. These include underground parking spaces for cars, many environmentally friendly solutions or an amazing panorama of the city, which can be admired from heights inaccessible anywhere else.
