Warsaw's HOL 7.7 complex has gained new interiors of common areas. The facility, owned by the White Stone Group, has modernized the reception area and elevator lobbies, among other things.
The HOL 7.7 office complex recently underwent modernization of the common areas. The renovation work included the reception area, elevator lobbies, toilets, as well as spaces by the underground parking lot. A total of about 1,200 sqm of the building's space was modernized, and the entire renovation was carried out in stages. The modernization work carried out secured the complex's distinction with a BREEAM In-Use certificate. The Plus Architekci Group is responsible for the modernization project of the complex, which was carried out by Tétris.
Warsaw's HOL 7.7 complex consists of two 7-story office buildings, which are located on Cybernetyki Street. The buildings were previously known as Luminar and Helion. Tenants have underground and above-ground parking spaces for cars at their disposal. Additional assets of the facility include green areas around the complex.
