The Alchemia complex in Gdansk has once again received the highest rating in LEED certification. This time the distinction at the Platinum level went to the Neon office building.
The complex, whose construction is handled by Torus, has once again been awarded the highest level of LEED certification. This is the team's fourth building to receive a Platinum rating. What's more, the maximum level of LEED certification can be boasted by only five buildings in the Tri-City. The rating system is more than 20 years old, sets standards for sustainable construction and verifies buildings for their environmental performance.
Neon is an office building located in Gdansk, which is part of the Alchemia complex. It is the final stage of the development. The building offers its tenants about 34,000 sqm of office space available on 14 floors above ground. The fact that the buildings of the Alchemia complex have achieved the Platinum level of the LEED certificate confirms the presence of a number of nature- and people-friendly solutions in the facility. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces and an extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
