Building C of Sports Center 100 percent commercialized

A small building that is part of the Sportowa Centrum complex has just been fully leased. Office building C is now 100 percent commercialized after the latest lease.

Building C of Gdynia's small Sportowa Centrum office complex can boast complete commercialization of the space. To achieve this result, the facility lacked only a tenant to occupy the last 110 sqm of space. This was achieved through a lease agreement signed in June 2020.

Sportowa Centrum is a Gdynia complex of three buildings A, B and C of small size. The office buildings offer their tenants a total of about 6,200 sqm of space. The fully commercialized Building C, on the other hand, has a space of approx. 3,500 sqm. The office building also has additional amenities for its tenants, and these include underground parking spaces for cars located on two levels and an extensive terrace, located on the top floor of the building.
