One of Generation Park buildings fully commercialized

The last tenant has already moved into one of the office buildings in Warsaw's Generation Park complex. As a result, the building has already reached 100 percent commercialization.

One of the buildings in the Generation Park complex has just been fully commercialized. The last tenant, Diverse CG, a company providing IT services and consulting, has moved into the office building. The company occupied the last 3,000 sqm of office space thus filling the Genetarion Park Z office building to capacity.

Generation Park Z is one of the buildings included in the larger office complex. The office building provides about 19,000 sqm of space to the market and has many tenant amenities, including a green terrace and bicycle parking. The entire Generation Park complex offers 82,000 sqm of total space, where, in addition to office space, there are retail and entertainment or dining establishments. The building is also equipped with underground parking for cars. An additional advantage of the complex is its location in the center of Warsaw on Towarowa Street.
