Warsaw's Generation Park I office skyscraper is one of the greenest buildings in Poland. It was also recently awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification, which confirms the creation of an exceptionally safe space for people to work in the building. The certification evaluates both solutions to reduce disease transmission and overall measures to create a friendly and healthy workplace. Generation Park Y is one of three buildings that make up Warsaw's Generation Park complex. The buildings together provide about 80,000 sqm of space to the local market. Skyscraper Y is a unique investment by Skanska, as it is the tallest building completed by the investor in Central and Eastern Europe. Indeed, Generation Park Y climbs as high as 140 meters, and a unique green terrace was created on the 127th meter of the building, offering a view of the capital.
A new office development called Craft is under construction in Katowice. The building is scheduled for completion in 2023. Sitel Group is changing its current Warsaw headquarters. Starting next year, the company's office will be located in an office building in the Marynarska Business Park complex and will be about 4,000 sq. m. in size. With next year comes changes at customer service company Sitel Group. The company has decided to change its current headquarters. In 2022, the company will move into a modern office building belonging to the Marynarska Business Park complex. The Warsaw facility has thus gained a new tenant, who will occupy about 4,000 sqm of space.
