Exceptional award for Warsaw's Generation Park Y office building

The Generation Park Y office building has been named the greenest skyscraper in Warsaw. What's more, it has been awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate. Warsaw's Generation Park I office skyscraper is one of the greenest buildings in Poland. It was also recently awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification, which confirms the creation of an exceptionally safe space for people to work in the building. The certification evaluates both solutions to reduce disease transmission and overall measures to create a friendly and healthy workplace. Generation Park Y is one of three buildings that make up Warsaw's Generation Park complex. The buildings together provide about 80,000 sqm of space to the local market. Skyscraper Y is a unique investment by Skanska, as it is the tallest building completed by the investor in Central and Eastern Europe. Indeed, Generation Park Y climbs as high as 140 meters, and a unique green terrace was created on the 127th meter of the building, offering a view of the capital.

A new office development called Craft is under construction in Katowice. The building is scheduled for completion in 2023. A new office building called Craft will be under construction in Katowice over the next two years. It is an investment by Ghelamco, which also recently completed its previous Katowice project, Katowice Business Point. The Craft office building is scheduled to be completed in 2023, at which time we will know the exact appearance of the building, which is to be characterized by a unique body consisting of three cuboid blocks and an industrial facade typical of other Katowice buildings. Craft is a Katowice office building reaching a height of 55 meters and offering approximately 26,700 sqm of space to its future tenants. In addition, users of the building will be able to take advantage of many amenities, such as above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. What's more, the office building, the design of which was created by the Czora & Czora Architectural Studio, is being constructed in accordance with the guidelines of BREAAM certification at the Excellent level.

Sitel Group is moving its headquarters. The choice fell on Warsaw's Marynarska Business Park office building

Sitel Group is changing its current Warsaw headquarters. Starting next year, the company's office will be located in an office building in the Marynarska Business Park complex and will be about 4,000 sq. m. in size. With next year comes changes at customer service company Sitel Group. The company has decided to change its current headquarters. In 2022, the company will move into a modern office building belonging to the Marynarska Business Park complex. The Warsaw facility has thus gained a new tenant, who will occupy about 4,000 sqm of space. Marynarska Business Park is a complex of four high-end office buildings located in Warsaw's Mokotow district. All buildings together provide approx. 43,000 sqm of office space for lease. The premises, made with full care and using high-quality materials, offer their tenants comfortable working conditions. In addition, parking spaces and numerous green areas around the complex with small architecture highlighting the high quality finish of the entire building are at the disposal of building users.

The owner of the Moje Miejsce I office building is about to change. Echo Investment plans to sell the multifunctional building for nearly €50 million. Warsaw's Moje Miejsce I is an office building belonging to a complex bearing the same name. The existing owner of the building is Echo Investment, but the company plans to sell the building for an amount equal to almost €50 million. My Place I is an attractive building, where Mastercard, CitySpace and the Havas Group, among others, have their headquarters. The area of the building reaches about 19,000 sqm of space. Moje Miejsce I is part of the larger multifunctional complex Moje Miejsce in Lower Mokotow, Warsaw. The building complex includes two office buildings with a total of about 35,000 sqm of high-end space and five buildings with residential units. In addition, the building also includes service outlets. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.

Due to the planned expansion of its team, the Danish company is changing its previous headquarters in Poznań, where the company's main competence center was established. From now on, the office for the new Rockwool employees will be one of the buildings in the Nowy Rynek complex. Opportunities for the new tenant's company include engineers, IT specialists or accountants. Poznan's Nowy Rynek building complex is a facility providing multifunctional space for rent. It offers not only 28,500 sqm of office space, but also space for retail, residential and hotel units. 3T Office Park complex in Gdynia with occupancy permit

The 3T Office Park development in Gdynia has been completed. The building is now ready for use and has its first tenants. Gdynia can boast the completion of the construction of the modern 3T Office Park building complex. The first work on the facility began two years ago, and in early October this year the complex was ready for use. Thus, the first tenants can move into the buildings. Companies that have decided to lease space in the facility include: Medicover, Asseco Poland or Wartsila Poland. From now on, tenants will be able to enjoy high-class space, which was created in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certificate, achieving the Excellent level. 3T Office Park is a complex of three towers offering both office and service space. Tenants will also have parking spaces for cars, electric vehicle charging stations, extensive bicycle infrastructure and viewing terraces. The architectural design of the building was created by AHR Architects, and the general contractor was Porr.

Construction of the second office building within the Cavatina Hall development has begun

The second office building that is part of the Cavatina Hall complex is under construction in Bielsko-Biała. What's more, more than half of its office space has already been leased. Bielsko-Biala can boast a unique achievement. As part of the Cavatina Hall project under construction there, another office building is currently under construction, which will offer its tenants Class A rental space. The building is being developed in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, as well as the WELL Health-Safety Rating. The high-end office space of the office building under construction is an extremely attractive offer for potential tenants. For this reason, more than half of the building's space, or about 2,500 sqm, has already been leased by the Murapol Group. The Cavatina Hall complex is a high-class facility located in Bielsko-Biała. Ultimately, the investment will provide about 15,500 sqm of space for offices and commercial premises. An additional asset of the facility will be the concert hall and recording studio available in the complex. In addition, tenants will have underground parking for cars, facilities for cyclists and plenty of green areas for relaxation.

Warsaw's Monopol office complex will have a major new tenant. The world's leading food company, PepsiCo, will move into one of the complex's buildings. Well-recognized worldwide and a leader in the food industry, PepsiCo has decided to change its Warsaw office. The move to the new headquarters is planned for the second quarter of next year. Thus, the new tenant will occupy an area equal to 3,550 sqm, which is spread over two floors of one of the buildings. Monopol is a Warsaw office complex located on the site of the former Vodka Factory and scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2021. It includes two modern office buildings, which together provide about 22,000 sqm of leasable space for its tenants. Near the complex is the multifunctional Koneser Prague Center. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level, confirming the special commitment of the complex's developers to creating nature-friendly buildings.

A new office building in Poznań is under construction

A new office of the American company Hyland has been established in Katowice. The American company Hyland, which offers content-sharing services in more than 30 countries around the world, will open its new office in one of the complex's buildings. The company's employees will have about 700 sqm of office space at their disposal, which is expected to be expanded over time to about 2,600 sqm. Global Office Park is a mixed-use complex comprising two tall towers and one much smaller office building, as well as one residential tower. All skyscrapers are connected by one common podium. In addition to multifunctional space, the complex also offers many amenities, such as above- and underground parking spaces, extensive bicycle infrastructure or terraces and relaxation areas. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certification.
