A new office building in Poznań is under construction

An office building is currently under construction at Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex. The building, expected to be completed in 2023, will provide about 28,500 sqm of office space in the future.

Poznan's office market is in the process of expanding its workspace for new tenants. To this end, an office building belonging to the New Market mixed-use complex began construction in the first quarter of this year. The building is located near Stary Browar. The so-called E office building will ultimately offer about 28,500 sqm of workspace. The development is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023.

Nowy Rynek is a Poznan complex of five buildings that provide multifunctional space. Indeed, the building offers both office space, reaching 28,500 sqm, as well as residential, hotel and retail. The assets of the complex include underground parking spaces available to tenants and bicycle facilities. In addition, the building also features a number of green areas and a town square located in the center.
