New tenant in Varso Tower

Varso Tower continues to attract more tenants. Next year, one of Poland's largest international law firms, CMS, will move into the building. The European Union's tallest skyscraper continues to attract new tenants. A lease agreement has recently been signed with CMS, an international law firm, which is one of the leaders on the Polish market. The new tenant will move into the building in late 2022/early 2023 and will occupy approximately 7,000 sqm of office space. In addition, a private terrace located on the 177th meter of the skyscraper will be at the disposal of the law firm's employees. Varso Tower is a Warsaw skyscraper located on Chmielna Street and is part of the Varso Place complex. The building has earned the title of the tallest in the European Union due to its impressive height of 310 meters. The skyscraper has been awarded BREEAM certificates at the highest level - Outstanding and WELL Core & Shell. In addition to high-end work space, the building also provides its tenants with underground parking spaces, bicycle amenities or viewing terraces.

Gdansk's Palio Office Park complex with new tenant

One of the buildings in the Palio Office Park complex has gained a new tenant. The facility will house the headquarters of the JB Solutions accounting office. The accounting office JB Solutions, whose consulting and bookkeeping services aimed at companies are already well-known on the Polish and European markets, has decided to establish its headquarters in one of the buildings of the modern Palio Office Park complex in Gdansk. The new tenant of the facility will have its office in building B of the complex and will have over 600 sqm of high-end work space. Palio Office Park is a state-of-the-art office complex still under construction, located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. The planned development will include eight buildings that will provide the local market with approximately 90,000 sqm of high-end office, retail and service space. The BREEAM-certified building complex will also offer a range of amenities, including bicycle infrastructure, parking spaces and green relaxation zones.

Budimex Group companies in Krakow's Equal Business Park office building

One of the buildings in the Equal Business Park office complex will become the headquarters for Budimex Group companies. Thus, building D of the Krakow facility has gained three new tenants. The Equal Business Park office complex in Cracow has gained three new tenants from the Budimex Group. From now on, the companies Mostostal Kraków S.A., FBSerwis S.A. and Budimex S.A. General Construction Branch South will have their headquarters in Building D of the modern facility, where they will occupy about 2,000 sqm of the fifth floor. Building D, part of Krakow's Equal Business Park office complex, is a modern building offering its tenants about 11,660 sqm of office space spread over six floors above ground. In addition to work space, the office building also features extensive bicycle infrastructure and parking spaces for cars. Additional amenities include numerous dining establishments, stores, a kindergarten, a bookstore or green areas around the building. In addition, the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

Changes at Lubicz Office Center. New name and a number of amenities for tenants

Lubicz Office Center will be transformed into Lubicz Park. The building will undergo modernization and offer its tenants a whole range of new amenities. One of Krakow's facilities, located in the city center, will undergo modernization. The former Lubicz Office Center has already been given a new name - Lubicz Park - and now the process of modernizing the complex will also begin. The plans include landscaping the area around the facility, renovating the common areas of the buildings and creating new amenities for tenants. After the completion of the investment, which is planned for the third quarter of 2022, the facility and the area around it will feature, among other things, expanded bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging stations and special recreation zones. The whole is complemented by greenery, new plantings will appear: trees, shrubs and ornamental grass. Thanks to the changes made, additional space will be created for users of this office building for work, meetings and outdoor recreation. In addition, the building will boast renovated interiors of the common areas: lobby, reception areas and atrium. An additional advantage will be the introduction of a building management application, thanks to which we will be able to, among other things, contactlessly summon the elevator or enter without having to carry a card. The former Lubicz Office Center, now known as Lubicz Park, is a complex of two Krakow office buildings. The building is located at the Mogilskie Roundabout and offers about 33,000 sqm of total space. It is equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions, thanks to which it is called one of the greenest office buildings. An additional advantage of the complex is that it is BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level.

West Forum complex will remain the headquarters of Contract Administration

Contract Administration will remain in a Wroclaw office building belonging to the West Forum complex. The lease agreement for office space has just been extended. The location of Contract Administration's Wroclaw headquarters will not change. The tenant, which operates in the HR and payroll services market, has just extended its office space lease agreement for the next few years in one of the buildings in the West Forum complex. The West Forum complex consists of two modern office buildings located on Strzegomska Street in Wrocław. The facility collectively provides the local office market with more than 22,000 sqm of high-end space, which also includes flexible WestFlex space. The building, which is owned by GNT Ventures Properties Group, features a number of environmentally friendly and employee comfort solutions, and tenants can take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure.

New tenants in Lodz's Fuzja complex

There is growing interest in the former Karol Scheibler factory in Lodz. More leases are being signed for space in the Fuzja complex under construction there. Lodz's Fuzja complex has gained as many as four new tenants. The former Karol Scheibler factory will from now on become the location for the T.25 CAFE café, the DESEO confectionery, the Dobre Wino store and Maja Reczulska's photography studio. The signing of contracts with new tenants has significantly increased the commercialization level of the building. The Fuzja complex is a complex of multifunctional buildings that provide space for residential units, as well as offices, retail and service outlets or restaurants. The Lodz complex of buildings, which is being built on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory in Lodz, provides about 40,000 sqm of office space to the local market. The completion of the entire development, which will also include green relaxation zones and new plazas, is scheduled for 2023.

High school will be built in one of Wrocław's office buildings

Wrocław's Centrum Południe complex has gained a new, unique tenant. Starting next year, an international high school will operate on the premises. A unique educational institution will be established in one of Wrocław's office buildings. Starting next year, the Centrum Południe facility will be home to a high-level international high school, IPS, which is authorized by two global educational organizations: International Baccalaureate and Cambridge Assessment International Education. The new tenant will occupy more than 1,400 sqm of space on two floors of one of the buildings in the Centrum Południe complex. The Centrum Południe complex is a multifunctional, modern facility located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, consisting of five buildings. The complex is adjacent to one of Wrocław's most iconic landmarks, the Sky Tower, and will provide approximately 85,000 sqm of total space to its future tenants. In addition to space for rent, the complex also offers many amenities, including terraces, underground parking for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.

Building .KTW I the seat of its manager

Katowice's .KTW I building will have a new and unique tenant - its manager. Colliers has moved into the building. One of the buildings in Katowice's .KTW complex gained a new tenant in September this year. The facility's manager, the consulting firm Colliers, moved into .KTW I. Its headquarters occupied the space of the second floor of the modern building. The .KTW I building is part of the two-unit .KTW office complex in Katowice. The building reaches 14 floors above ground and offers about 21,000 sqm of space. Meanwhile, the two buildings of the complex, located on Roździeńskiego Street, provide the local market with a total of about 62,000 sqm of modern total space. Construction of Infinity office building in Wroclaw is underway

Preparatory work is underway to create the foundations of the modern Infinity office building in Wroclaw. The new investment belongs to Avestus Real Estate, and the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. A modern Infinity office building is under construction in the center of Wroclaw. The investment by Avestus Real Estate will soon have foundations. Work is underway to excavate the deepest point of the excavation, and the first elements of the foundation slab are planned for November this year. Already at this stage of the development, the first talks and negotiations with potential tenants of the building are underway. Infinity will be a Wroclaw-based modern office building located at Jana Pawla II Square. The building will offer nearly 18,000 sqm of rentable office space for future tenants.
