The new tenant of the facility will have its office in building B of the complex and will have over 600 sqm of high-end work space. Palio Office Park is a state-of-the-art office complex still under construction, located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. The planned development will include eight buildings that will provide the local market with approximately 90,000 sqm of high-end office, retail and service space.
