Wrocław's Centrum Południe complex has gained a new, unique tenant. Starting next year, an international high school will operate on the premises.
A unique educational institution will be established in one of Wrocław's office buildings. Starting next year, the Centrum Południe facility will be home to a high-level international high school, IPS, which is authorized by two global educational organizations: International Baccalaureate and Cambridge Assessment International Education. The new tenant will occupy more than 1,400 sqm of space on two floors of one of the buildings in the Centrum Południe complex.
The Centrum Południe complex is a multifunctional, modern facility located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, consisting of five buildings. The complex is adjacent to one of Wrocław's most iconic landmarks, the Sky Tower, and will provide approximately 85,000 sqm of total space to its future tenants. In addition to space for rent, the complex also offers many amenities, including terraces, underground parking for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
