West Forum complex will remain the headquarters of Contract Administration

Contract Administration will remain in a Wroclaw office building belonging to the West Forum complex. The lease agreement for office space has just been extended.

The location of Contract Administration's Wroclaw headquarters will not change. The tenant, which operates in the HR and payroll services market, has just extended its office space lease agreement for the next few years in one of the buildings in the West Forum complex.

The West Forum complex consists of two modern office buildings located on Strzegomska Street in Wrocław. The facility collectively provides the local office market with more than 22,000 sqm of high-end space, which also includes flexible WestFlex space. The building, which is owned by GNT Ventures Properties Group, features a number of environmentally friendly and employee comfort solutions, and tenants can take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure.
