Katowice's .KTW I building will have a new and unique tenant - its manager. Colliers has moved into the building.
One of the buildings in Katowice's .KTW complex gained a new tenant in September this year. The facility's manager, the consulting firm Colliers, moved into .KTW I. Its headquarters occupied the space of the second floor of the modern building.
The .KTW I building is part of the two-unit .KTW office complex in Katowice. The building reaches 14 floors above ground and offers about 21,000 sqm of space. Meanwhile, the two buildings of the complex, located on Roździeńskiego Street, provide the local market with a total of about 62,000 sqm of modern total space. The complex also offers its tenants numerous amenities, including underground parking spaces for cars, retail and service outlets, a number of nature- and employee-friendly solutions, as well as vantage points for the city skyline. The building was designed by the medusa group studio.
