A new office development called CRAFT is under construction in Katowice. The building is scheduled for completion in 2023.

A new office building called CRAFT will be under construction in Katowice over the next two years. It is an investment by Ghelamco, which also recently completed its previous Katowice project, Katowice Business Point. The CRAFT office building is scheduled to be completed in 2023, at which time we will know the exact appearance of the building, which is to be characterized by a unique body consisting of three cuboid blocks and an industrial facade typical of other Katowice buildings.

CRAFT is a Katowice office building reaching a height of 55 meters and offering approximately 26,700 sqm of space to its future tenants. In addition, users of the building will be able to take advantage of many amenities, such as above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. What's more, the office building, the design of which was created by the Czora & Czora Architectural Studio, is being constructed in accordance with the guidelines of BREAAM certification at the Excellent level.
