Warsaw's Monopol office complex will have a major new tenant. The world's leading food company, PepsiCo, will move into one of the complex's buildings.
Well-recognized worldwide and a leader in the food industry, PepsiCo has decided to change its Warsaw office. The move to the new headquarters is planned for the second quarter of next year. Thus, the new tenant will occupy an area equal to 3,550 sqm, which is spread over two floors of one of the buildings.
Monopol is a Warsaw office complex located on the site of the former Vodka Factory and scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2021. It includes two modern office buildings, which together provide about 22,000 sqm of leasable space for its tenants. Near the complex is the multifunctional Koneser Prague Center. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level, confirming the special commitment of the complex's developers to creating nature-friendly buildings.
