The owner of the Moje Miejsce I office building is about to change. Echo Investment plans to sell the multifunctional building for nearly €50 million.
Warsaw's Moje Miejsce I is an office building belonging to a complex bearing the same name. The existing owner of the building is Echo Investment, but the company plans to sell the building for an amount equal to almost €50 million.
My Place I is an attractive building, where Mastercard, CitySpace and the Havas Group, among others, have their headquarters. The area of the building reaches about 19,000 sqm of space.
Moje Miejsce I is part of the larger multifunctional complex Moje Miejsce in Lower Mokotow, Warsaw. The building complex includes two office buildings with a total of about 35,000 sqm of high-end space and five buildings with residential units. In addition, the building also includes service outlets. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
