The company's new headquarters has been set up in the Old Printing House complex at 130 Gdanska St. Along with the company's growth, an increase in employment is planned. Thus, DataArt will create 80 new jobs for IT professionals. Stara Drukarnia is a unique Lodz building with a nearly 100-year tradition of the Military Printing House. The office building is located at 130 Gdańska Street and underwent a major renovation and modernization three years ago. Since then, it has offered about 4,500 sqm of high-end office space. There are many amenities available to tenants, such as underground parking and bicycle infrastructure.

The only such bicycle parking in Poland at Warsaw's Norblin Factory

A unique project for cyclists in Warsaw is now up and running. Poland's first fully automated underground bicycle parking facility has been built at the Norblin Factory. The entire process is expected to take just 15 seconds. Use of the Norblin Factory's mobile app will be required to use the underground garage, and the hourly fee will be only PLN 1. The Norblin Factory provides the local market with about 65,000 sqm of unique, multi-functional space, where office, retail, cultural or entertainment venues are located. An underground garage hall and a number of other amenities are available to tenants. The design for the modernization and redevelopment of the building was created by PRC Architekci studio.

Poznan office building Nowy Rynek D in the hands of Swedes

One of the office buildings in the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań has changed hands. A sales agreement was signed between Skanska and Eastnine AB. The transaction was for €121 million. It is an investment by Cavatina Holding. The office building reaches 16,000 sqm of Class A office space and has six floors. Ultimately, the complex will consist of five multifunctional buildings. Tenants will have many amenities at their disposal, including an underground garage hall, bicycle infrastructure or green terraces and areas around the building.

MK29 office building soon to be completed

The final finishing touches are being put on the MK29 office building in Krakow. The building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year.
