Symbolic topping out on top of Kraków's Brain Park development

A symbolic topping out has been hung on top of Kraków's Brain Park complex of two office buildings. Work on the building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

Construction work on the development site of the Brain Park complex in Krakow has ended. Thus, both buildings belonging to the complex have reached their target height of over 40 meters. For this reason, a symbolic topping out ceremony was held at the top of the complex. Its investor is Echo Investment. Finishing and elevation works are currently underway, and the building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

Brain Park is a modern office complex located in Krakow. The investment will provide a total of about 43,000 sqm of space to the local market. The building will offer its tenants parking spaces for cars, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. The complex will also feature an internal green patio with relaxation and activity zones.
