A unique project for cyclists in Warsaw is now up and running. Poland's first fully automated underground bicycle parking facility has been built at the Norblin Factory.
Another unique amenity has been created at Warsaw's Norblin Factory. From now on, single-track enthusiasts will be able to store their bicycles in Poland's first fully automated underground bicycle parking facility, a project by MA-SISTEMAS. The state-of-the-art system allows users to quickly park their bicycles by placing them in a sealed cabin that escorts the vehicle to one of 96 parking spaces. The entire process is expected to take just 15 seconds. Use of the Norblin Factory's mobile app will be required to use the underground garage, and the hourly fee will be only PLN 1.
The Norblin Factory provides the local market with about 65,000 sqm of unique, multi-functional space, where office, retail, cultural or entertainment venues are located. An underground garage hall and a number of other amenities are available to tenants. The design for the modernization and redevelopment of the building was created by PRC Architekci studio.
