Famous Roundhouse with serviced offices

Serviced offices from Regus will also appear in Poznan. As early as this September, it will be possible to use these modern spaces in the well-known Okrąglak facility.

Poznan's Okrąglak will be home to modern serviced offices from Regus. It is one of the leaders among operators of flexible workspaces operating internationally. The company has leased about 1,500 sqm of space and will create modern serviced offices there, which will be available for use this September.

Okrąglak is a well-recognized Poznan building that dates back to the late 1940s and early 1950s and is under the protection of the city's conservation officer. Ten years ago the building underwent a major renovation, after which it turned from a commercial building into an office building. It offers about 7,000 sqm of total space. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces and an observation deck on the top tenth floor of the building.
